Sign Transport for NOLA's St. Claude streetcar resolution

Transport for NOLA's resolution calls for the Regional Transit Authority, the Regional Planning Commission, and the City Council to convey the proposed streetcar alignment along North Rampart Street and St. Claude Avenue (to Press Street) as its highest priority to the Federal Transit Administration.
